Bắc nồi lên bếp, làm nóng 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, xào thơm 5gr hành boa rô thái lát. Tiếp theo cho 40gr cà chua, 50gr thơm vào xào trong 1 phút, cho 1/3 muỗng canh muối rồi xào thêm 2 phút rồi cho 300ml nước vào nồi
Nấu sôi, nêm gia vị với 1 muỗng canh hạt nêm Maggi, 1 muỗng canh đường, khuấy đều rồi nấu sôi. Tiếp theo cho khổ qua vào nấu trong 3 phút rồi cho dọc mùng vào nấu thêm 2 phút nữa.
Rắc thêm một ít hành boa rô nữa là nồi canh chua thanh mát phù hợp với những ngày hè nóng bức đã hoàn thành rồi. Món canh rực rỡ, không bị đắng mà chua thanh thanh sẽ là lựa chọn tuyệt vời cho những ngày chay vào mùa hè đấy!
