Mực tẩm bột chiên thì hẳn ai cũng biết, mình chỉ xin chia sẻ 1 vài kinh nghiệm của bản thân để giúp món mực chiên giòn hơn, thơm hơn, cùng 1 chút biến tấu để món ăn thêm hấp dẫn.
Mực ống mua về, làm sạch bằng cách bóc bỏ lớp màng bên ngoài, rửa bằng giấm rồi rửa lại bằng nước sạch. Thái thành từng lát khoảng 1 cm tròn quanh mình mực ống. Để ráo nước.
Sau đó trộn đều mực cùng bột chiên gà giòn (bột này sẽ giúp mực giòn hơn đấy). Thêm 2 muỗng cà phê ớt bột và 1 muỗng cà phê tiêu vào trộn cùng. Pha bột chiên tôm ra theo hướng dẫn trên bao gì, đun nóng 1 chảo dầu, lần lượt nhúng từng miếng mực vào bột rồi cho vào chảo chiên vàng.
Lần lượt chiên mực đến khi vàng đều. Chuẩn bị sốt để chấm món này như sau: 1 muỗng canh sốt mayonnaise + 2 muỗng cà phê nước cốt chanh, 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm nhuyễn và 1 xíu vỏ chanh thái sợi. Món ăn ngon nhất khi dùng nóng, có thể ăn với cơm hoặc ăn chơi.
