Gạo lứt ngâm nước trong 20 phút, giúp cơm dễ nấu khi hấp, mềm và ngon. Cà rốt thái nhỏ hạt lựu. Hành lá thái nhỏ.
Cho vào vào tô sứ, thêm nước vào tô theo tỉ lệ với gạo 1.2 :1, cho vào lò hấp. Mở lò mức 3, chỉnh thời gian hấp là 55 phút.
Khi lò hấp còn 12 phút thì nhấn dừng. Cho lên cà rốt vào tô cơm. Đập 1 quả trứng lên trên, rắc ít muối, rưới ít dầu ăn rồi cho tiếp lại vào lò, hấp nốt thời gian còn lại.
Rắc thêm ít hành lá. Khi ăn rưới thêm nước tương hoặc các loại sốt ưa thích. Cơm gạo lứt trứng hấp là món ăn dinh dưỡng thanh đạm và đơn giản. Chỉ cần 1 lò hấp còn hoạt động tốt là được nhé!
