Mè trắng rang qua cho thơm. Hành lá rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ.

Kim chi cải thảo dùng tay vắt khô, giữ lại phần nước rồi đem cắt nhỏ.

Làm nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu mè trong chảo, cho kim chi cải thảo vào, xào khoảng 3 phút.

Tiếp theo cho cơm, nước kim chi cùng gia vị 3 muỗng canh tương ớt, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm vào, đảo đều.

Cuối cùng, cho rong biển khô cắt nhỏ, hành lá, mè trắng vào, đảo đều rồi tắt bếp.
